Your 1:50 manager sends you weekly project launch kits (PDFs, videos) to share with your network, manages all your buyer/seller/renter leads, and updates you on every deal.

Cancel before 90 days with zero charges. If you choose to stay, you pay 2,500 AED/year to keep your dedicated manager and 80% split active.

Once the developer, seller, or landlord clears the commission payment into our bank account, your 80% share is transferred directly to your bank account within 5 to 7 business days.

After 90 days, active membership is 2,500 AED/year—a small fee that filters out spam and ensures our agents focus only on high-quality referrals.
