Do I need a real estate license to join?
No. You're not acting as a broker — you're an introducer. All licensed brokerage activity (negotiating, contracting, closing) is handled by our RERA-licensed team. Your role is limited to referring a genuine buyer or seller.
Who can join?
Literally anyone with a network can apply. Whether you're an entrepreneur, professional, expat, retiree, stay-at-home parent, or simply someone who enjoys connecting people, you're welcome to apply. If conversations about Dubai real estate naturally come up within your circle, you already have a great starting point.
What counts as a valid referral?
A buyer or seller who hasn't already engaged with us directly or submitted by other partner, so ask client first with accurate contact details and genuine intent. Duplicate or unqualified submissions may be declined by your manager.
Who actually closes the deal — me or you?
We do. Your assigned RERA-licensed manager handles every viewing, negotiation, and piece of paperwork. You're kept updated but never responsible for the transaction itself.
How and when do I get paid?
Once the developer or seller releases commission (typically after SPA signing), your 80% share is calculated and paid out within 7 business days.
