No. You act strictly as a Business Introducer. All licensed brokerage activities—property viewings, client consultations, negotiations, and contract drafting—are handled 100% legally by our in-house RERA-licensed brokers under TOMM Luxury Real Estate LLC (RERA ORN: 38304).
Who can join Agent.Sellit?
Anyone with a network. Whether you are an expat, entrepreneur, working professional, freelancer, or stay-at-home parent—if conversations about Dubai property naturally happen in your daily life, you can convert those introductions into real revenue.
What counts as a valid referral?
Any Buyer, Seller, Renter, or Investor with genuine intent and verified contact details who isn't already an active client in our database or previously submitted by another partner.
Who actually closes the deal — me or you?
We do 100% of the heavy lifting. Your assigned RERA-licensed manager handles every meeting, property viewing, offer negotiation, and DLD contract. You receive live WhatsApp updates at every stage without ever touching paperwork.
How much commission do I get?
You keep a flat 80% split of the net commission collected by our brokerage. For example, on a 2M AED off-plan deal with an 80k AED commission payout, you earn 64,000 AED. We retain 20% to manage the entire sales process.
